Wider Benefits of Acro Dance
Those who do Acro Dance are able to implement moves and techniques developed from their classes into other forms of dance to create stunning aerial spectacles.
The enhanced Flexiblity, Strength and Balance gained from our Acro classes also benefits children and young people in their day-to-day lives out with the dance context, maximising overall fitness levels.
Due to the nature of this style, some physical contact may be required for the Teacher to assist in technique development and to ensure moves are carried out safely at the learning stage.
