LOCATION & ARRIVAL
**If your child is being brought to class by someone else, please send this information to them**
Venue: Simon Says Dance (SSDHQ), 32 Inglis Green Road, EH14 2ER
Class Wear: Adults & little ones should wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement. Joggers or leggings, with a t-shirt (and removable top layer) as our studio space can be a little chilly whilst heating up during colder months. Adults must take shoes off and wear socks inside the studio, and children should be bare foot (or grippy socks).
Parking: Our venue has a small car park (which is usually closed during our busiest times) however because our Move & Groove classes are limited capacity, we will open our small car park for Move & Groove attendees. It's a gravel car park and spaces aren't marked, so please park carefully and sensibly to maximise usage. There's a chance that the car park may be full on your arrival, so plan ahead and park on the main road or nearby and walk to us. It's very important that you do not park in the Chinese Supermarket Car Park next door, as it's strictly for their customers only and you will be asked to move your vehicle by their security.
Entering the venue: Enter via the front door and head into reception - you'll see our baby change immediately on your left as you enter, within the accessible toilet. Park your buggy in our waiting room, and head upstairs to Studio 1 where the class will take place. Note we do not have a lift. When using our baby change, please use the nappy bin provided for nappies AND wipes.
Inside the Studio: Parent/Guardian should remove their footwear (socks on) and little ones should be bare foot (or grippy socks) inside our studio space. We have a baby gate to minimise escapees, so be sure to close it after opening. Adults must keep an eye on their little one at all times whilst upstairs/in the studio space and directly supervised when using any apparatus (preferably by holding of a hand) in case your little one loses their balance.
Filming in class: Filming of your own child / another child (with their parents' permission) is permitted however we ask that you do not include any other children/adults in your photos or filming. This is especially important from a safeguarding perspective, as there may be specific reasons as to why children cannot be filmed or shared on social media.

BOOKINg & rebooking
If you've booked a trial session, you will receive an email invite after your child's trial inviting you to book the rest of the term. You can respond to that email (which may arrive in junk) to either accept or decline the invite. If you have other children attending classes with us, be sure to add the applicable discount code before making any payment - if in doubt contact us and we can assist.
Once you've accepted your invite, you'll receive a further booking confirmation with the remaining session dates in the term and total amount due. After trial, you can pay your term booking via cash at class, via bank transfer or via the Class4Kids booking portal.

We will be in touch with you in advance of a new term to confirm this, which will allow you to make a cancellation if necessary. Only a member of staff can make booking cancellations and we have a 14-day notice period applicable for auto-enrolment cancellations. If your child is due to move into a different age-group at a certain point, we'll be in touch to discuss with you directly.
