PHOTO/VIDEOSHOOT CONSENT FORM

Please complete the form below to confirm that you permit the filming/photography of your child within our P1-2 Pentland class on 01/04/25, for the purpose of Pentland Community Centre to use for their own marketing use to promote the Centre. Other activities within the centre are also being filmed this day, and footage will be shared on their website/social channels in due course.
