ITEM Black Hooded Zipper with White Name Personalisation (front) and White SSD logo (back) . SIZES Kids - 3-4yrs, 5-6yrs ,7-8yrs, 9-11yrs, 12-13yrs Adults - S, M, L, XL, 2XL (Size Guide can be found on order form) PERSONALISATION Choose a single name (forename, surname or nickname only) to be added to the front left chest area, inclusive of the prices listed below - note that personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. PRICES Kids sizes with name - £18.50 Adult sizes with name - £24.00 (includes VAT) CARE INSTRUCTIONS Wash per garment label instructions (always wash inside out). The order form closes at 9pm on Fri 29th November 2024, and orders cannot be made beyond this date. This date is also the payment deadline.
Orders will be submitted to our supplier on 30th November and we expect items to be ready for handover/collection week commencing 16th December - we will advise directly in due course..
Payment should ideally be made once you've submitted an order form but no later than 29th November - you can pay either cash in a sealed envelope with your child's name and 'Personalised Zipper' written on the front, handed to your class teacher OR by Bank Transfer to the SSD 'Fees' account with the reference as your child's name + 'Zipper' e.g. 'J Wilson Zipper':
